Mr. Hall, an Englishman was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northern England, during his working life to-date he has traveled extensively throughout the World gaining valuable experience.
Since qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer in 1970, he has worked on Construction Projects or in Design Offices as a Piping Engineer or Piping Engineering Consultant in the following countries.

Mr Hall's vast knowledge and experience was gained by working within many different International Engineering & Construction companies, with many differing internal Engineering & Procurement procedures, such as:

- Clarke Chapman (Boilers)
- Pullman Kelloggs
- John Brown Engineering
- Foster Wheeler
- C.E. Lummus
- Stone & Webster
- Parsons Engineering
- Bechtel
- Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, here in Japan, was the last company Mr. Hall worked at prior to establishing M&H Consulting Services.
M and H Consulting Services have had and continue to have successful business in Japan through and into 2023 from 2001.
Mr Hall continues to live & work in Japan since 1988 though 2023.
