Typical Services we can provide to our clients , but not limited to are as follows:

  1. Review of International Client Technical Specifications to enable the compilation or recommending of "Clarification & Deviation Lists" related to piping. From the issue of these lists companies can help remove misunderstandings and thereby minimize project delays and reduce costs.
  2. Assist and help coordinate Client or Joint Venture Partner discussions / meetings, whether before or after contact award to enable good understanding / communications. These meetings could take place either here in Japan or anywhere else in the world.
  3. Take lead on dialogues with suppliers and/or clients more efficiently. Using our solid engineering support and knowledge of the Japanese style of business we can effect an overall improvement in these discussions.
  4. Carry out surveys on new suppliers and make recommendations based on said survey to allow Engineering Companies to improve their business opportunities and reduce costs by the selection of good suppliers.
  5. Recruit experienced International Engineers to help Japanese companies improve their business opportunities and let their young engineers gain valuable experience from this interface.
  6. Industrial & Financial Research. In response to a general lack of financial management alternatives in the region, we at M&H have begun to offer Industrial and Financial Research Services. Utilizing all of our available resources, we are able to research industries as a whole in order to find high-value, under-priced companies to make investments in. In addition, we can also analyze individual publicly traded companies and funds in order to ascertain their overall financial strength. Our analysts monitor the global markets and economies with the aim of finding new opportunities to let your money work for you. Coupled with over 35 years of industrial experience, we are able to recognize areas of high future potential growth.
